Vegan Marble Cupcakes Recipe

With our recipe for vegan marble cupcakes you can easily and in no time bake the perfect desserts that will make you look professional whenever guests arrive.


Oil a muffin pan or baking cups for 16 medium size cupcakes


Ingredients:

1 jar of Cinnamon Girl's VANILLA CUPCAKE MIX

Vegetable oil

Water

3 TBSPNs of cocoa powder

3 TBSPNs of rom or brandy





Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


2. Follow the instructions on the package of the mix to add the oil and water to the mix and mix it all.


3. separate 1/3 of the dough to a separate bowl.


4. Use the bigger bowl of dough to fill the baking cups half-way.


5. Mix the 1/3 of dough with cocoa powder and rom or brandy.


6. Add the 'chocolate' dough to each cup, using a spoon and pinching the bottom of the cup


7. Bake for about 15 minutes.


8. To check if the cupcakes are ready, stick a toothpick in their center. The cupcakes are ready when the toothpick comes out clean.
