Blue Cake Frosting
Use Cinnamon Girl's Super Blue Ganache, Cinnamon Girl's Super Tiffany Ganache or make the frosting on your own, followint the instructions:
Add small amounts of blue spirulina powder to the white chocolate ganache or white chocolate and whiskey ganache, and Mix until you have the right shade.
The more spirulina powder you add, the straonger the blue shade will be and the healthier the frosting will be.
If you need light blue or baby-blue shades, start with no more than 1/4 of a teaspoon of spirulina powder for every 100 grams of ganache. If you want the color to be darker, add more spirulina powder, a little bit at a time, and mix the frosting.
