Today we bring you new special and delicious vegan recipes. Have you ever tried a beer-flavored cake? You wouldn't believe how fluffy and delicious Goldstar Beer Cupcakes are!
This recipe is for 18 medium-size cupcakes
Ingredients:
1 jar of Cinnamon Girl's VANILLA CUPCAKES MIX
1 330ml Goaldstar Beer Bottle (1/3 of a liter), you can use both regular and unfiltered.
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and oil the cupcake pan or baking cups.
2. Add the vegetable oil and beer to the Vanilla Cupcakes Mix and mix the dough. Donnot be afraid of the foam while pouring the beer. It helps the cupcakes rise and have great texture.
3. Bake for about 15 minutes. To check if the cupcakes are ready, stick a toothpic at their center. The cakes are ready when the toothpick comes out clean.
We highly reccomend to use Cinnamon Girl's Classic Vegan Ganache or any other Cinnamon Girl frosting for the cucakes.
