St. Patric's Day is not just the National Irish Holliday. It is also the birthday of the founder and owner of Cinnamon Girl. She's a big fan of Ireland, and a Leinster Rugby supporter. Posting this recipe is part of her birthday partying. This recipe is made for people who like special alcoholic deserts.


Use an oiled muffin pan or baking cups for 16 medium size cupcakes

Ingredients:

1/3 LITER of Guinness Beer

1/3 CUP of vegetable oil


FOR "Guinness fome" icing (creamy and alcoholic) use Cinnamon Girl's White Chocolate and whiskey Ganache


Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.


2. Add Guinness Beer and the oil to the mix and mix it all.

*Notice: when pouring the beer to the mix bolw, pour small portions at a time to avoid the foam spilling out of the bowl.


3. Apply the dough to the baking pan and bake for about 15 minutes.


4. Bake for about 15 minutes.


5. To check if the cupcakes are ready, stick a toothpick in their center. The cupcakes are ready when the toothpick comes out clean.


6. When the cupcakes are ready, let them cool down. Then cover them and leave in the refregirator for at least one hour. Then spread Cinnamon Girl's White Chocolate and Whiskey Ganache on top
