What You Need:
5 Granny Smith Apples
Vegetable oil, water, and organic maple syrup
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit degrees.
2. Cover the bottom of the baking pan with baking paper, and oil the sides.
3. Peal the apples and slice them very thin. Arrange the apple slices in the pan. Bake for about 15 minutes.
4. Pour a little bit of maple syrup on top of the apples, slightly move and shake the baking pan a little so the syrup will be all over the apples. Then bake for another 30 minuts.
5. Make the vanilla cake mix following the instructions on the jar. Then pour slowly and carefully over the baked apples, making sure the apples stay in place.
6. Bake for about 30 minutes.
7. To see in the cake is ready, stick a toothpick in the center of the cake. The cake is ready when the toothpick comes out clean.
8. Cool down the cake after it's ready. Before serving, release the ring part of the baking pan.
9. place a tray or a large plate on top of the cake, and then turn it all up-side-down on top of the cake. Easilly remove the baking paper to uncover the beautiful baked apples on top of the cake.
