Vegan Lemon (or Lime) Cake recipe

When life gives you lemons, bake a lemon cake. If you have a lime-tree in your back yard, make it lime.
Prepare your body for the winter!
Now that the weather is getting cold and chilly, and after a little drizzle, we have all got the reminder of the fun part of winter: warm and fresh cakes.
If you or your neighbors have a lemon or lime tree in your garden that gives you more fruites than you can handle, let Cinnamon Girl give you a hand: an amazing lemon (or lime) cake.
Rich with Vitamin C for your immune system.
You'll never believe how easy it it to make it!

What you need:
2 oiled loaf baking-pans
1 jar of Cinnamon Girl's Vanilla Cake Mix, or Vanilla Cupcakes Mix
Juice and zest from 1 medium-size lemon or 2 larg-size limes
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup + 1/3 cup of water
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fareneheit Degrees.
2. Add the zest to the Vanilla Cake Mix and mix.
3. Add the juice and vegetable oil to the mix and mix the dough. donnot worry if there are bubbles in the dough.
4. Bake for about 15minutes.
5. To see check if the cake is ready, stick a wooden toothpick in the center of the cake. The cake is ready when the toothpick comes out clean.
