All manufacturers are small boutique businesses in southern Israel that managed to face the challange of the last operation in Gaza a few weeks ago, which didn't stop them from manufacturing good quality for you between sirens and rockets being launched at their homes and factories.



Lachish Olive Oil, Nir Hen

Manufactured as part of the following project: "Yeladudes Social Stand". This project hires teenagers who cannot live with thei families, and trains them in agriculture. This training teaches them skills which apply them independence and social skills, so they could easily become part of society. The olive oil is great quality, maximum acidity level of 0.4%. Olive oil could only be used for frying food if the maximum acidity level is 0.5% or below. Buying this oilive oil would be both a good deed for a better future for the children involved in manufacturing, and will let your loved ones enjoy good quality olive oil.

The olive oil has Hechsher of Moatza Ezorit Lachish.

Pepo's Vineyard and Winery, Or Haner

A small winery in Kibbutz Or Haner, Gaza Envelope. The wine in the gift baskets is white cabernet wine, made of grapes tained by Pepo in the small vineyard he has in his back yard. Pepo was born and raised in Argentina, and brought with him different knowledge of wine-making to one of the most ancient regions in the world when it comes to wine-making. Pepo uses red cabernet grapes for his white wine, which makes it special with a delicious and very unique flavour. Those who will recieve the gift baskets will enjoy a delicious wine, different from anything they've ever had before. Some might remember to stop by for a guided tour at Pepo's next winter, the peak season of tourism in the south, when everyone arrives to see all the wild flora. In winter, the almond tree in the vineyard is in bloom and the scenery from the terrace of Pepo's home is breathtaking while tasting the wine and enjoying his artwork on the terrace. During summertime the vineyard becomes green and alive, and the grapes are growing. Since the peak tourism in the region is during wintertime, summer tours at Pepo's are longer and include a tour inside the winery and Pepo's gallery, where you can see his metal artwork. The grapes are harvested in the beginning of August. Pepo also manufactures in his winery blended red and rose wines with carignan grapes, besides the white cabernet wine. All wines manufactured in Pepo's winery can be sampled during the tour.

Pepo's wine have no lables on the bottles. He draws himself on each and every bottle a unique lable.

The wine is vegan and manufactured in Israel with no hechsher.

Aviv Jam and Paste, Be'er Sheva

All jams in the gift baskets are hand-made by Chef Effi Bumedil. Effi chooses the best quality seasonal fruits for the jams he makes, with no preservatives or food color. The jams are made of natural and fresh seasonal fruits. Effi also caters events and makes delicious chef dinners.

The jams are vegan with no Hechsher.

Shishani's Dates, Ein Tamar

"Dates from the farmers", Moria and Ronen Shoshani. The Shoshani Couple also has agricultural tourism service at their ranch, where the date plant is located. The tours include: introduction to settlements in Dead Sea Region, a tour in their date plantation, a tour at their gallery, where Moria presents her paintings and Ronen presents his photos (you can see some of them here), arts and crafts activities, dates sampling, and the couple's coffee shop.
