Vegan Amsterdam Doughnuts Recipe

Everyone in Israel know Amsterdam Coockies. But who would have thought about AMSTERDAM DOUGHNUTS? and vegan!

What you need:
3 dairy-free dark chocolte flavor puddings.
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
1. Mix the doughnut mix with the pudding.
2. Heat about 1 cm of oil in a pan.
3. Wet your hands a little with tap water, and create dough-balls, about 5 cm diameter.
*It is very importent not to make the dough-balls too tight, to keep the doughnut fluffy.
4. Place the dough-balls in the boiling oil and fry on both sides on medium heat, until the doughnuts are getting a more brownish shade.
5. After frying is done, obsorb the oil with paper towl and let the doughnuts cool down.
6. When the doughnuts aren't hot anymore, inject the vegan white chocolate ganache into each one of them.
*It is very important not to serve hot, so the ganache won't melt inside the doughnuts and lose it's formation
